Experience:

* Prior management experience in brokerage industry helpful
* Minimum 4 years customer service skills
* Some travel required

Education:

* Bachelors degree in Finance or Business or related field or equivalent experience preferred
* A current Series 7 and Series 63 license

* Reviews customer email and responds both timely and professionally to their technical questions or route them to the IT Technical Helpdesk for review.

* Assists the Service Center Manager with orientation and training of technical issues of new Service Center brokers, associates and interns.
* Provides feedback regarding the branch interactions for the purposes of annual review.

Experience:
